Best Inspections, LLC is a property inspection company located in Waukesha County , WI and serving all of Southeastern WI. Residential inspections include single family, condominium, duplex, and 3 and 4 family apartment units. Radon testing performed with Sun Nuclear 1028 CRMs (continuous radon monitor) is a service provided in addition to inspections. In 2014 David partnered with Tom Feiza, Milwaukee's Mr. Fix-It, to buy the successful home inspection part of Tom's business. Tom has been an important mentor to David and continues to be a valuable resource to Best Inspections, LLC

David earned his EIFS Inspector certification in 2019 and Building Envelope and Adhered Stone Veneer Inspector certifications in 2020 from the Exterior Design Institute. He provides visual and invasive inspections of EIFS, Stucco, and ASV (faux stone) in the same service areas as his home inspections, and a little beyond.
