Our 5-day, 40-hour pre-licensing training course is divided into two parts

  • Initially, you will learn the critical components of home inspecting in a classroom setting. This will consist of detailed presentations which will give you the information you need to succeed.

  • The second portion is hands-on, field training. This segment will provide you with the nuts and bolts of being a professional home inspector. We will show you what to look for, what a typical inspection must include to meet state requirements and how to best inform and educate your client.
